A miniature artist's book with a hidden text. Each of eight leaves contains a block capital A in gold, atop two layers of patterned paper serving as a border. Each A is surrounded by lowercase cursive letters that complete a word, and together the pages create the sentence
"Amid airy allée, ants amass atop aged apple."
The first and last leaves contain illustrations made with layered papers.
Bound in stiff paper with exposed sewing.
