A single-instance (one of a kind) artist's book with no text except the title. Consists of 13 double leaves of Krome Kote paper, each bearing a cartoonish hand drawing in ink and gouache of a person's face and shoulders, cut into four quarters. Another such cut-up drawing on the same paper is affixed to the inside back cover. Title and author's name handwritten on a single leaf of the same paper, also cut into quarters.

"Bound in uncovered binder board with edges accented in colored pen. Housed in [matching] lidded box made of binder board [also with hand-colored edges]"--Vamp & Tramp Booksellers website, viewed Feb. 14, 2014.
"Picture consequences, a variant of the Exquisite Corpse game. Sidelinger drew 14 males [sic] faces, one per page. Each page is then cut in quarters so there are individual images of shoulders, chins, eyes-nose, and forehead-pate. The reader can then mix and match to--as the title says--Make a Face"--Vamp & Tramp Booksellers website, viewed Feb. 14, 2014.
