A small envelope pasted to the penultimate page before the title page holds a folded slip (31 x 45 mm. folded) bearing illustrations and the author's signature.
Bound in exposed Japanese stab binding, in boards covered with black cloth and yellow paper with washes of other colors.
"The design, artwork, bindings, and printing of this book have been done by Mary Ann Sampson in her studio, The One-Eye Opera Co., located in Ragland, Alabama. The text was handset in Cochin and Bembo metal type and printed on a Vandercook SP 20 press. Thirty copies were printed on Somerset Book Paper and ten copies on Mohawk Superfine. The artwork was handcolored using Prisma pencils. Larry W. Sampson assisted in proofreading the text as well as other activities associated with the production of the book"--Colophon
